All CHI Raw Chef programs are all inclusive; however, for dual certification under the Alissa Cohen Level 1 and Level 2 programs there will be an additional charge. Please contact our office for details.

CHI Raw Chef 1: Foundations

This introductory class helps you build a foundation in preparation of raw gourmet foods. We introduce to you Dr. Ann Wigmore’s raw living lifestyle and then demonstrate how to prepare raw, nutritious,  5-star gourmet dishes. This class is perfect for those who want to introduce friends and family to a raw lifestyle and for students that are interested in working as a raw gourmet chef. Enjoy a 8 hour intensive classroom training, Classes fill quickly.

Students have the option to stay at the institue. The rates below are in addition to the $125 1-Day Class rate. Those students staying the night will also be invited to assist in our Raw Food Kitchen and Learn by Doing, after they have finished their foundation class.

CHI Raw Chef 2: Teacher

In Raw Chef Level II we step up the training with getting a hand on experience with the raw gourmet dishes. By the end of the course you will be able to teach the level one chef certification to others. Here students are broken up into teams to make raw gourmet dishes. This is a time for you and your team to get your creative juices flowing as we tell you to go off the recipe and test out your own secret ingredients. Step forward and build a raw, living food consulting practice in your community and bring the healing power of our program to others with this 20 hour intensive classroom training, 3 days & 2 nights. Classes fill quickly, registration 90 days prior to class preferred.

CHI Raw Chef 3: Trainer and Practitioner

This class builds confidence and deepens your learning.  You will be able to teach future teachers.  We will cover nutrition and introduce the power of herbs. In this class you send us 5 of your own raw creations and we do the shopping for you. Once you are here you will prepare your recipes for us and demonstrate the nutritional aspects/value of your dish.You can build a powerful network in your community of raw, living food teachers.  Let’s get the word out!    And of course you will experience the same level gourmet meals. Immerse yourself into a 34 hour intensive classroom training, 5- days & 4 nights.  Classes fill quickly, registration 90 days prior to class preferred.

Reservations:
A non refundable deposit must be made upon reservation for program, and will be based on the program registering for. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover . Personal Checks must be drawn on U.S. Banks and must be received prior to stay.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance will incur an administration fee of 25% of required deposit. There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance. No fee for rescheduling more than 7 days in advance; less than 8 days in advance will be charged an administration fee of 25% of required deposit One (1) reschedule allowed and must be made within 6 months. No refunds are given after guest check-in.
