RETURN POLICY
If you return an appliance (i.e., Vitamix, dehydrator, juicer, etc) after using it, it must be returned within 30 days. There will be a 15% restocking fee and shipping fees will be deducted (usually about $15).
[For example, a returned juicer that cost $369 would have a 15% restocking fee of $55.35 and $15.00 shipping chrge deducted. The refund amount would then be $298.65.]
Defective DVDs should be returned within 30 days of shipping for a refund or replacement.
