    Bobby,
    Remember when I showed you a list of acidic foods and almond milk was on that list? Then you put a pH strip into the alomond milk we made there at the center and it came out alkaline. I noticed on the list on this blog that almonds are slightly alkaline, but almond milk is acidic. I am confused…

    Hi Sherri,
    Almonds are slightly acidic, when compared to our bloods pH. They are also one of the least acidic nuts we can eat. Keep in mind when we blended the almonds with alkaline water the pH was automatically raised.

    Bobby,

    I have a friend who is on mostly raw food. She drinks much lemon juice everyday. She is complaining about her teeth now and attributes it to the lemon juice. She is confused as to why, if the lemon is acidic but in the body becomes alkaline, is her teeth having problems???
